I think it was a flu. Not a big fever but the first two days I had some fever. It's been about a week.
Regarding, Mourning Doves:
They are errantly referred to as, "Morning Doves". Basically, same family as the common pigeon but viewed more favorably and romantically. Also known as Turtle Doves. They have a distinguishable cooing sound. We have a fairly large population around our home, so I hear and see them often.
Great song, I enjoy the feel and Ashlee love that cool little riff. Genius way to bring such a fun and romantic song out of a riff. Hope to see you soon my friend.
The song is quite good. I like the simile, "Hair shines like copper."
You qualify the word "Dove" with the word "mourning." For whom does the dove mourn ?
Sorry you feel ill. What do you think you have. How long have you been ill. Consider seeing a doctor.
Any fever ?

Hey Kip... It has been awhile. Hope you are getting the guitar out from time to time.
Maybe I'll present for Songsalive! in the near future.
Hope you’re both fully recovered soon.
